All prices are in Canadian funds. Live goods are shipped via Air Cargo (general cargo or guaranteed cargo your choice), unless otherwise specified. Saltwater Connection guarantees live arrival.

In the event that this does not happen, we require the following:

1) Livestock must be properly acclimated (pH, salinity & temp) within 4 hours of arrival.
2) Saltwater Connection must be notified within 24 hours of delivery by e-mail or phone or fax.
3) Dead livestock must be returned within 48 hours of notification. Dead livestock must be shipped priority mail. Shipping charges will be credited to your next purchase. No cash reimbursements.
4) Clams and Xenia are not guaranteed due to the sensitive nature of the animals.
5) Credit does not include box charges, packaging or shipping charges.
6) Livestock death/damages due to shipper error must be claimed through shipper.
7) The above guarantee is valid only when shipped Air Canada Guaranteed Service.No exceptions.
8) All conditions above must be met before any claim can be considered valid.
9) If you cancel a live animal shipment a non refundable 25% re-stocking charge will be applied. Any special orders are non refundable. Saltwater Connection will except no exchanges/returns on live animals.
10) We reserve right to substitute size & quantity where required.
11) Box charges are as follows: $10.00 per box, $1.50 per heat packs or ice packs(as required).
12) All sale/clearence items are final sale.
13) All dry goods returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
14) No cash refunds. Only in house credits will be issued.Credits are valid for 6 monthes from time of return.
